We are very excited to offer a course in Astrology basics from the perspective of the deep vibrational resonance within us, the cycles of family and ancestral dynamics behind us, and the cosmic forces surrounding us. This course will provide a basic understanding of the building blocks of natal chart reading as well as an ancestral context to Astrology.

Somatic movements invite a reawakening of the body-mind connection in movement. Staying within a comfortable range of motion and moving very slowly, the mind comes into gentle movements and then slowly, attentively, and consciously controls the release of muscles back to full resting length – reacquiring a way of moving that has often been lost in the shielding we acquire in life creating contracted movement patterns. One watches and controls movement and reacquires an easeful, natural, intuitive, spontaneous way of movement, helping us to retrain our minds and bodies from long-established patterns of movement and holding that were useful when they were acquired, but are often not efficient now.
