Begin the journey of Polarity Therapy training by learning the basics of this beautiful energy bodywork, which is founded on the teachings of Dr. Randolph Stone, DO,DC, ND. Polarity Therapy is based on core concepts regarding the intelligent tendency toward wellness that is inherent in each of us. This integrative hands-on approach to balancing energy in our ‘system’ includes complementary therapeutic methods including: energetic listening skills, various energetic bodywork techniques, Polarity concepts education, movement, energetic nutrition, Polarity reflexology and Craniosacral Therapy. Polarity Therapy is useful for massage therapists, all bodyworkers, therapists of all types and yoga teachers/practitioners and is a great place to begin if you are looking to expand your personal and/or professional knowledge of Energetic Healing Arts. No prior experience is necessary to begin this education. Polarity classes are eligible for NCBTMB CEUs and much of this education is eligible for Yoga Alliance CEUs.
